Near future. The political situation was tense in the world to the limit because of the extremely unpleasant incident: in the skies over Eastern Europe, the U.S. missile shot down an airliner by a commercial flight. As a result of the disaster all on board perished.
The U.S. government officially declared nothing to do with what happened. One of the most experienced U.S. intelligence agents Michael Thornton entrusted the task to investigate and find the perpetrators of the tragedy, to prevent a looming international conflict.

No need to unpack the game through Phoenix! Everything has been installed, updated, and packed into an installer with little compression.
Installation
Typical installation:
A. Install the game by running setup.exe
